Nicholas Hall

Nicholas J. Hall currently serves as the Director of Bands for Pennridge High School in Perkasie, PA. In this capacity, he provides instruction to the Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Concert Jazz Band, and the Marching Rams. Previously, Mr. Hall served as Director of Bands at Wilson Area High School in Easton, PA.  

 

Mr. Hall was named Assistant Music Director of the Quakertown Band in 2022 and regularly performs with the ensemble as both conductor and solo flutist. He has also served as guest conductor for the Bucks County Community Band and Doylestown Symphonic Winds.  

 

Mr. Hall earned degrees in Music Education and Flute Performance from Temple University, where he graduated with honors. In 2023 he received a graduate degree in Instrumental Conducting from West Chester University, studying under Dr. Andrew Yozviak and performing regularly with the Wind Ensemble.

 

Mr. Hall currently serves as Secretary for the Cavalcade of Bands Board of Directors. He remains active as a flutist and teacher in the Philadelphia region, and performs regularly with the Doylestown Symphonic Winds and Philadelphia Wind Symphony. He has participated in conducting symposiums at the University of North Texas, West Chester University, and the University of Minnesota. Mr. Hall currently resides in Bucks County with his fiancée Julia and their cats: Joe, Monty, and Figaro.
